Babysitters R Us charges an agency booking fee per session, per day. Multiple sitter sessions can be purchased in packages of 5, 10 or 20 bookings. Booking packages expire 12 months from the date of the first booking session. All multiple sitter session booking fee purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable.

                       

             Booking Fee

                                    $  18  - Booking fee for 1 sitter session

                                    $  85  - Booking fee for 5 sitter sessions

                           $160  - Booking fee for 10 sitter sessions

                           $300  - Booking fee for 20 sitter sessions saving of $60

                                    $  30   - Booking fee for 24 hr bookings

                                    $  25   - Combined family booking fee for 1 session

                           $  12 -  Per sitter (for bookings needing more than 1 sitter)                             

         Payment of booking fee is to be made at the time of booking.

              Babysitter's Fees

                                $15.60  -  p/h up until midnight (maximum of 4 children)

                                   $  1.00  -  extra p/h per child (after the 4th child)

                                   $18.60  -  p/h after midnight (regardless of child numbers)

                                   $18.60  -  p/h for combined family bookings (maximum of 4 children)

                                             

              Public Holidays, Christmas, & Easter

                                    $18.60  -  p/h up until midnight (maximum of 4 children)

                                    $  2.00  -  extra p/h per child (after the 4th child)

                                    $22.00  -  p/h after midnight (regardless of child numbers)

                                    $22.00  -  p/h for combined family bookings (maximum of 4 children)

                                               All bookings must be a minimum of 3 hours.

                  Overnight Rates - between 8pm and 8am

                                   $130.00 - flat rate for up to 3 children

                                   $150.00 - flat rate for 4 children

              Overnight Rates - 24 hr booking

                                   $255.00 - flat rate for up to 3 children

                                   $300.00 - flat rate for 4 children

             Payment to the Babysitter

                     Payment for the sitters hourly rate is to be made directly to the babysitter, in cash the day of the session.

                     Please remember that a minimum of 3 hours is payable to the babysitter.

             Parking Fee

                      Hotel clients are responsible for paying the cost of the babysitters parking fee were applicable.

                 Bookings with less than 4 hours notice 

                     For bookings made less than 4 hours to the required session time a booking fee of $22 will be payable                                                                ($30 for combine family bookings).

                     All such bookings and need to be made directly to us via phone.

 

             Booking Cancellations

                      If a booking is cancelled by the family less than 12 hours prior to the sitting session

                                           i) The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

                                          ii) A cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum 3 hour booking charge will apply

                      If a booking is cancelled by the family more than 12 hours prior to the sitting session

                                           i) The Booking Fee is non-refundable.

                                          ii) The family is not required to pay any costs associated with babysitter’s rate

                     If a booking is cancelled by Babysitters R Us

                                           i) The Booking Fee will be fully refunded to the family
