We at Babysitters R Us believe that it is vital for you to be comfortable with, and have confidence in the babysitter looking after your children, that’s why we have set in place a rigorous process to determine each of our babysitters suitability to enter your home and provide a high level of care for your children.
All of our Agency Babysitters are required to have;
· National Police Check
. WWC Check or Blue Card (where applicable)
· First aid training
· Recent experience in childcare
· Current photo identification
· Verbal references with exemplary feedback
Furthermore, all Agency Babysitters must undergo;
. Behavioural assessments
. Personal interviews
. Agency induction session
We conduct verbal verification of employment history and references, asking questions appropriate to assessing the suitability to become a carer. All information is checked thoroughly so you can be confident that Babysitters R Us is recommending only honest, reliable, dedicated and experienced sitters.
We also personally interview each babysitter to ensure that our sitters are warm, fun and have a genuine desire to work with children. We look at each babysitter as a potential carer for our own children and would never recommend a carer we wouldn’t hire ourselves.
